I just took the first real stock of fresh spring produce down to Dana’s Health Food store in Athens.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

This should be a\u00a0weekday\u00a0occurrence from now on. \u00a0 I’ll keep stock there depending on what is ready in the garden.<\/p>\n

Right now that includes Bloomsdale Spinach, Mizuna mixed greens, Vates Kale, English Breakfast and White Icicle radishes, Hakurei turnips, Ching Chang Pak Choy, Arugula and Cilantro<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

And we are just a couple of weeks away from the start of the CSA season!<\/p>\n

I can’t express enough how very grateful we are for all the wonderful support and encouragement you all have shown us. \u00a0I always love my garden time, but knowing I have a way to share all the goodness with you makes it even more amazing.<\/p>\n
