Time!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Cold weather has brought a good share of challenges to the garden this year, but there IS a silver lining &#8211; or a green one, at any rate. &nbsp; Our crisp evenings may delay the warm weather veggies, but they also extend the season for beautiful greens! &nbsp; &nbsp;Pictures are worth a thousand words, they say:<\/p>\n<div id='gallery-1' class='gallery Spinach\n\t\t\t\t<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<p>There are some beautiful Medina Butterhead lettuces, and the Reine des Glaces Crisphead is almost too pretty to pick. &nbsp; Spring mix with leaf lettuces, baby dragon tongue mustard, baby chard, bloomsdale spinach, arugula and dwarf pak choy. &nbsp;We should also be able to find some new potatoes to go with spring onions, salad turnips, turnip greens, and radishes. &nbsp; And I almost forgot the kale, Red Russian and Dutch Blue Curly &#8211; still sweet and tender!<\/p>\n<p>Baby squashlings are just setting this week and should be ready in another week or so. &nbsp;Beets, carrots, new onions and green beans are just around the corner. &nbsp; &nbsp;Here&#8217;s hoping a couple more nights in the 30&#8217;s won&#8217;t
