Didn’t get out of the garden this evening until 8:30. That means there was a lot to harvest. I’m not even sure where to start, so I’ll offer another little slide show.
We have the first of the new potatoes including the new purple viking, yukon gold and a sweet fingerling mix, gold zuchinni and pattypan squashes, kohlrabi, chiogga beets, rainbow swiss chard, red russian and dutch curly kale, turnip, beet and mustard greens, 4-seasons lettuce heads, mixed salad greens and the prettiest onions around. Not noondays – these are ATHENS onions!
And pak choi.
And pink beauty and hailstone radishes.
I wonder what else I forgot to include here.
See you in the morning! Come early for a good selection!
